Clean files not converting?

I am using a very nice looking webs website and advertising it through YouTube top comments. The people visiting the website obviously want what I the downloads my site offers.

All 46 outbound links are to my cleanfile uploads. So 46 people have visited the cleanfiles file and yet not a single one of 46 people have actually downloaded the file.

Is it me or is it cleanfiles?
