Clean Backlinks for white hat site

Hi,
I am looking for a link builder to build long working relationship with. I am searching for someone who can provide 50 backlinks to a white hat site.
I have the following criteria:

1) White Hat links, no using software or automated system
2) Domain or page must be related to 'Video Conferencing'
2) The Page Must Allow for Anchor Text Backlinks, up to 3 words
3) Links must be ****************
4) Links must be from different domains
5) Links must be indexed and viewable from Google
6) URLs must be PR 2 and higher
7) Links must be permanent
8) NO XRUMER or equivalent (!!!)

Please send me a list of example pages BEFORE you link, as I want to approve the locations.

Project should be completed in 7 days time. (no more than 10 links per day)
