I want to build a classified website like olx. Are there any free good wordpress themes for that? If not what are the best premium themes?

Its not that easy mate. You need to start learning the basics first.. hosting, CMS, themes , web design ... slowly then you'll have a better idea where and how to start your classified site and then how to rank it.

Wordpress is blogging platform, for site like OLX you either need to develop it yourself or hire someone.
