Classified ads submitter - effective?

I have seen many classified ads submitter that been promoted that can blast ads to hundreds or thousands of classified ads sites.

Are these software effective to promote your site or product?

I haven't used on that will blast my ads out to hundreds of classified sites. However, I did use one to rotate ad posts on BP. TBH it was quiet effective. Even if you can get someone to buy your product, you can certainly create some good backlinks back to your site.

What is BP and TBH?
