Does anyone know of a host that will let you have multiple class C ip addresses like seohosting.com but does not cost as much per IP?

I've been using seo-hosting myself. Couldn't really find anything else reliable that I trust..

the only truly reliable so far has been seohosting by host gator.
seo-host.com had great rates but I got sick of constant down-time and being added to blacklists (email) because a lot of people abuse. so, for abuse purposes, black-hat short term you can probably get away with most of them. if you're looking long term, the extra $$ will save you from constant head-ache...
