I'm actually searching for Clash Royale / Clash of Clans gems offers that are open to european countries/worldwide, but I can't find them on Ogads.

Can someone tell me where could I try?

I don't think you understand the concept.. You create your own Clash Royale/CoC gem giveaway/generator landing page, and they download apps from your locker on OGAds

I actually downloaded a landing page index.html from the internet, how do I setup my locker on it?
