Clarifying a rule on BHW

The Q: if a url link to a URL/test path is allowed to get get feedback on a web layout design & content to be posted on the Web Design forum, or would that be considered self-promotion?

If it’s purely for that reason and there is no promotional content on the site then it’s ok.
