As mentioned above, this has been fixed long ago. You can only increase DA.
You have your redirects... now blast them with GSA or any other automated links. Wait for a few days.

Nope. I don't want to scam peoples. I just want to improve my dr to show that is a good brand. Nothing to otherwise!

If I see domain with redirects in backlink profile - 100% scam and spam site.
But some peoples are doing this. I can see in fiverr, upwork platforms.
So, Its just my curosity to know how they do?

As others said buy GSA blast for the redirect they'll index.
You say you want to show you are a good brand by high DR? But that high DR is achieved with SPAM so how does that work in your mind? If you manipulate DA/DR for whatever reason then you are essentially tricking (or scamming if you will) people to think you are better then you actually are.
Yes lot of ppl do it on Fiverr and Upwork. Ask for samples if you see redirect backlinks say 'Thank you I'm not interested in your service'
