Clarification in Creating Web 2.0 Network

Hi everyone,

When I have to create new websites 2.0 , to get backlinks, do I have to use proxies, or is there no need to avoid being penalized by search engines?

If you build only 1 account per platform you should be good to go.

If you are planning to create more than 1 account per platform (no matter if it's weebly, tumblr, etc) you will want to use private proxies.

The penalization of google has nothing to do with how you create the accounts.
If you get penalization it will be because of of other things, like anchor text, link quality/spam, etc.
