Claiming expenses on Outsourcers..

    Hi.

    When you file your taxes and claim your expenses, how do you guys claim for your outsourcing?

    I currently have a guy working for me, so should i ask him to send me some kind of invoice as a proof, if ever the tax man wanted to look at my accounts?

    Yes an invoice and then show the corresponding payment, ive had to do the same before.
