Claiming an banned sub

For many complicated reasons....
I've been considering paying someone to get banned sub for me. (Yes, it's an adult subreddit)

Apart from the obvious problems. (ie: I pay for it but the guy never gives it to me)
What are some other things I should be concerned about?

I would wait for the guy to get the sub, give it you, and remove himself as mod before you pay him. If you don't trust each other, use a third-party service like escrow. Remember that even if he adds you as a mod, but doesn't remove himself, he is still owning the sub. Other than that, make sure to add multiple accounts as moderators of that sub so that if one account gets banned you don't lost the sub completely.

But all of this is not too relevant, because it's very difficult to get a banned sub. If reddit banned it, they banned it for a reason, and it's pretty unlikely they'll give it to you.
