Claim Social Authority is bad?

Yesterday i pay from then 100 subscribers, I got it in something like 2 hours then i lost it in 5 minutes, i write i ticket and they totaly ignore me.....
Someone have problem with them? This is really bad..

You bought shit. Try social media services from the blackhatworld marketplace - they stay and you also get refill guarantee if you happen to lose them.

I've been using them just fine.... No problems at all. If you wrote the ticket yesterday you might want to give them some time te reply.

Ruoall here from Claim Social Authority.

I do realize we have had some Subscriber issues, but we always work on fixing the quality as per our client's feedback.

Where we stuff up, we do everything in our power to make the whole customer experience a good one.
