Well, I sounded just like you when I saw this promo back then in 2021. It took me 2 solid years just to monitor them, read more about the promo and finally deposited money there (and actually got the rewards).

Just like you said nexo is licensed, and the promo is just one time offer per account to users in eligible countries. They have a proper spam control system and any country/individual found cheating is always eliminated from the promo.
