CladG - Roadblock

I've been using Clad G for almost a year now. I've come into a problem which I can't get past...For some reason I can't get any of the ads I post live. I have a bunch of PVAs and a bunch of private proxies which I am using. I also removed domain names in the ads in case they were blocked too. Any thoughts?

Is it possible CL linked all ads with a keyword to specific IP's and PVAs?
