CL traffic affiliates

i've been having a hard time finding affiliate networks that let me use CL traffic, does anyone know of any that actually pay? I'm getting screwed hard.

Never herd of a CPABoss and We all know what happens in the end with CRs and CL... Many Get left holding the bag waiting for payment

Here is what happens with every single CR offer that accepts CL traffic (assuming it's a rebill)

1) Affiliates drive traffic
2) Advertiser gives money for initial leads
3) Affiliates continue sending traffic
4) First round of conversions realize they got rebilled and chargeback/cancel (chargebacks cost much more to advertiser than a rebill makes them in most cases)
5) Advertiser starts losing money and can't pay network
6) Affiliates get screwed
7) ???
8) No profit

Sad but true - went downhill after FCR got destroyed.
