When I create a US PVA for CL. Do I need a distinct gmail account, distinct US IP and a distinct live phone number? Will CL phone me to verify or can I just pick up any phone number on 411 ? or is CL text me a code or something ? Please help.

I've used the same IP setting up multiple accounts, I've had no problems. They will call you, and you have to post the activation code they tell you.

Yeap, Mainyak is right! post your phone number, and they will probably call you.
Sim card won't work.

Can I use voice mail to record the code cause I plan to do a fair amount and I can't answer all the calls and it is not good for the same voice to answer every call. also how can I generarte so many unique phone numbers. Are they region/ city sensitive???
