Are there any proxy providers that are still working with CL? I need geo targeted proxies in a couple of popular states. Thinking about going with limeproxies.. anyone have experience with them?

from what I understand all of their IP ranges are blocked by CL..

I would also like a proxy solution for CL. Anyone know of a good proxy scanner or good exclusive ip providers with geo proxies.
