CL JV - prefer CPA

I am looking to JV with someone who has CPA accounts to use on CL. I would provide all the ad posting (100 ads +/- per day now, can purchase more PVAs if need be) I can write ads, and autorespond. CPAs seem to be the best way to make money, and I am not very familiar with them, hiding referrers, sending fake traffic, getting into networks, etc. Let me know if you have some old CPA accounts that you want to put to use. Name your price, and we can start small to develop a trust/partnership. Please have some credibility here on BHW (post count, itrader, reps).
