CL email harvester..noob question

I harvested 970k emails from various areas of CL.

but obviously most people select anonymous so the emails we got are set up like using CL domain

are these any good outside of craigslist. meaning if i upload this list into my mailing program will the emails be sent to the person concerned or not..or even notify CL?
