CL BOT PRO and there customer service (non)

So its not been working for me in about a week now. I have sent TONS of e-mails and get an auto reply that someone will be with me in 24-48 hours. This goes on for a week or so. I finally get this e-mail

Hmm, plz forward me them again.
Press "update now" under settings tab and try again.
Send me cap (caplog) file: it's in the program's folder (from C:\clbotpro) to *****.**.

Wait another 2 days and this is the next e-mail I get from them
Check if you connected to Internet
Can you post successfully manually in Internet Explorer?
Do you have firewall or antivirus programs? Try to turn them off.

I guess I am fricken stupid

Anyhow, there customer support SUCKS and I would not recommend them to anyone that don't have a 4 year degree in computers cause seems like after your purchase the program you are on your own. Just letting you know

Apparently these bots are illegal of course, so wonder why the customer supports' gonna suck They've probably got 10 other businesses going like that and with only 4-6 ''employees'' I have not been privileged enough to come across any free bots that do the leg work, and I'm sure as hell not about to buy one If I find anything useful I'll be sure to post back here with a D/L link & virustotal/jotti

I was Thinking of buying CL Pro Bot... Thanks for the heads up! Is there any CL Auto posters I can use from overseas? Any Help would be Greatly Appreciated
