CJ Warning/Inquiry on Promotional Methods

I had received this email from CJ since 11/23/2015.
"CJ is currently investigating your account and has the following inquiries regarding your promotional methods:

1. What methods do you use to promote CJ Advertisers?
2. How do you drive traffic to your website?
3. What third party promotional platforms/services do you use to promote CJ Advertisers? Please provide specific examples.

Please make the requested corrections/address the issue(s) in this communication and reply to this inquiry within 48 hours of the mailing date."
I had aswered all their question. The main problem is some sale in my account are direct. I had review all my traffic sources and found that someone had share my post to a forum which use blank referer. So that main problem is here. I had told them about this too. In their support panel it still display:

Updated:12/18/2015 04:29 PM
My money still hold from last month, and 2 days ago my report don't updated too
What should I do now ? Anyone experience this problem ?

This is normal with CJ. I am guessing you are wajting for your first payment. CJ does that to every new user. You'll do fine. Don't worry.

Here is my answer:
I a am full-time online marketer. I made a review website. I put my CJ link on these post and I use banner, too.
I have some social network accounts: Facebook Fanpage for my website, Twitter account. Sometimes I share my new blog post on these accounts.
My main traffic is from search engine, I SEO some keywords for my blog and they rank on Google and Bing.
I found that sometimes my readers share my link on their social networks.

Then they asked me my Fanpage and Twitter, and if there is any way I can get direct traffic. After carefull check all my traffic sources, I found that some one share my post on a forum which used blank referer. That is why I get direct traffic for aff link. I told them all things above.

But status researching display day after day for a long time.

I think they have flag your account for unwanted traffic sources. Make sure you have provided them correct information. Otherwise you put your account at risk.

Most of all advertiser not allowed direct social media traffic

oh blank referer - are you sure you are not doing anything BH with CJ. They are very quick and fast to catch these things.

No I don't use direct social traffic, I share my post on social network. So all traffic will referer via my website.I don't use any BH with them. Any one got CJ money this month ?
