UPDATE: CJ responded to me and told me that I have been paid, but my account doesn't show that I was paid because the payment is in processing. My apologies to CJ. Hey, everybody. I felt compelled to share this experience, because if this is what CJ is doing, then whether or not you get paid for your efforts is really nothing but a gamble. Not only that, if an affiliate network would do this to its affiliates, how can you trust anything when it comes to the stats? I had $108 in commissions. I literally just logged into my account less than one week ago and my account balance was $108. I had that balance for over one month, maybe even two months, yet my payment threshold was set to $50 and I double checked my direct deposit information was all good to go. On July 14 (i.e. 2 days ago) I logged into my account and went to the support center. I opened up a support ticket. Below is the exact message I sent: After I sent the message, I believe the confirmation message said that I would get a response in 24 to 48 hours. Well, it's been 48 hours and no response. But I logged into my account again just now. My account balance is now $0, and there's nothing showing that I was paid. It appears that the question I asked above did nothing but trigger Commission Junction to see and confiscate the commissions I worked hard to earn. This is the entire reason I registered for the forums. I wanted to post this and get the word out that Commission Junction is playing dirty with its affiliates. We all need to expose it to the best of our ability. It's absolutely frustrating to think other people will sign up and do nothing but help Commission Junction. If others are in this same situation, we need to look at getting a class action going, too.
