cj network profile help

hey guys what do you guys think I should put into my network profile if I want to apply for someone like bose or Epson. I want to get accepted by them is there any secret to this? or just kinda b honest. I researched a little online but found little. any suggestions?

also after I fill this out, is there another step I have to do? I haven't applied to anyone yet so I'm guessing their is a giant application process? is there anything I should know or put down? and if I don't have a website yet but plan on building a site around their products, should I tell them this or w/e idk
