CJ Missing money! and Leads

Hello, joined CJ about a week ago and had about $120 in my account from leads i generated from cupid registration $3 per lead, i had about 50 leads and like 200 clicks , today when i check my account i only have $60 and 25 leads!! anyone knows what's going on with this?

Where did the leads come from?

Lead came from email, but i don't think this is the problems because half of the lead are still there which are all email leads

Hi I use CJ couple of years and I have problem with missing leads only once. You should write to affiliate manager...

they maybe ripping your affiliate commisions

These offers are Pay Per Lead and they will only pay you $3 per lead if the users purchase something in the backend. Obviously the users didn't make enough money for the advertiser so of course they aren't going to pay you for them.

i used to use CJ and they always paid. Maybe the advertiser had an issue.

Well check under account go to

Report > Balance details

Maybe they have subtracted what you have earned for the previous month

Otherwise you need to click on support center from your account and then click on ask question and ask them
