If he's blanking/faking refer I would tell them your doing offline marketing. Just my 2 cents.

No fake, no blanking methods at all.

We only do backlink, directory submission and article marketing. SHould i tell him to tell CJ the true

as long as you aren't doing anything you know will get you banned, it is a standard letter for new accounts..answer it the best way you can, tell the truth.
