What seems to be the problem? Doesn't seem like that would be difficult... are you trying to do it automatically or in bulk or something? What plugins have you tried and failed to do what you wanted?

Yea im not sure what you mean by this. Do you mean text liks or banners? Are you trying to do it manually? It should not be too hard.

Nobody is making you feel bad about it. You just need to explain yourself better. Wordpress supports html just fine. Share your url or screenshot and tell us where you want to add it. It should be fairly straight forward. If you are on your edit screen for a page or post, switch to html view and you can paste html. If you want it on a sidebar use the text widget and it should work.

i was kiddding, sarcasim broooo, but your the man. it makes sense that i would just have to put it in the text section. and the wordpress not supporting html i guess is when you get a free blog hosted on their site or something. i have no clue, im only as knowledgeable as the person i read up on the subject from. thanks again

Is this a site that is being hosted by wordpress(free with .wordpress domain thing), or is it a self hosted site that is using wordpress? If it is being hosted by wordpress they might have certain rules on affiliate banners. You have to make sure you are on html mode on your wordpress post, and it should accept it just fine.
