CJ and GODcpa

So i was looking through CJ for a few leads and could only find ones that require to fill out 2 page+ forms but with GODcpa i only know how to crop the 1st page of a sign up form. On the 2nd part of the form on the page it's usually bigger than the first so the iframe isn't bug enough for the form. For instance if i wanted to do the warez free rapidhshare trick but with a 2 page form how would i go about doing this?

Or does anyone know some single page forms i can use from CJ for GODcpa and the rs warez trick?

CJ isn't a good network for GodCPA. You need to find offers that pay per lead, and you won't find too many compatible CJ offers for GCPA. Try other more traditional CPA networks.
