Civitrix is currently useless for me .. i get user scraping error...
Their support is crap.With so many negative reviews on this thread yet jackson does not even care to reply.
i tried to send a message to them on discord but they completely ignored all my messages
i sent a message to Jackson on BHW also and he did not reply..
Anyways, i should say that i have no big expectation from this guy ..after some time he may just abandon the project just like he did in the past with his other tool(Gram multitool) ..He is not a serious person at all.
@JJJackson at least reply to this thread and let us know what's going on . at least a message confirming us like :- "you are working hard to fix these issues" would be understandable ..or just close your sales thread temporarily until you fix it so that other people do not end up purchasing something that does not work..
but do not keep taking people money for a tool that is not working...that's not right ...

i kinda feel bad for jackson, a little bit. he obviously is a good coder. but he just doesn't care? it's hard to tell for sure, he rarely responds of course
i wanna give him the benefit of the doubt, but oh well. it's life folks, things come and go, and sometimes we may never truly understand what has happened behind the scenes

yes .. good you replied even if its only after mods got involved...but in the future at least you can also reply to message we send you personally in search of support even though as we can see you don't care about your customers...
