CityOfHype not Paying up

Hi,

We delivered 2 links to @CityOfHype , he paid $180 , but has not paid the $405 balance owed.

Its been 2 weeks , and i have tried all possible ways to contact him without any response yet he is online here on BHW.

I would not want this to go public as im not in the business of ruining anyone's reputation , i just need this to be resolved.
