City Specific Traffic?

I need a little help.

I have gotten involved with a new, large authority site targeting a segment of the medical profession. Banner ads are the monetization strategy.

A doctor said he would buy an ad today under the following condition. That we show him how many hits the site is getting from 3 cities in Texas, Dallas, Fort Worth, and Amarillo.

My question is how can I get some hits from these 3 specific areas so I can prove the site works? and sell our first ad. I checked analytics and there has been only 1 visitor from one of the cities total in the past 7 days. That is not going to work.
