City Specific Facebook Accounts

I need to buy facebook accounts that are city specific. Right now I need facebook accounts in Seattle, Minneapolis, Portland, and L.A.

u can use the fb acc maker on capt chahacker site and set the cities to use to create them
u can even add people from those cities using the right networks (the soft supprot it )
