City level keyword data

Hey lovely people,

I was looking at a few keyword tools for local SEO and realized that Keyword finder was the only one (that I could find) which has city level data! Now my questions are:

1) Are there any other tools that can let search city level keyword data? Any in particular for India? I think Moz has city data too, but they don't have a lot of India data.

2) I know that keyword tools are not super accurate, but exactly how inaccurate are they? Is it at least a good way of understanding if there ii interest in a particular keyword/subject, even if the numbers may not be accurate? Or is it complete junk?

3) Any specific experiences with Keyword finder?

Thank you for your reply - I'm not sure I understand clearly though. If I do keyword research for 'Pet friendly hotels in Mumbai' I assume that this will show search volumes for this keyword from everywhere? So in effect I will get details of number of searches for pet friendly hotels in Mumbai. However, what I am looking for, is the search volume of "Pet friendly hotels" from Mumbai. What I need is the number of people from Mumbai searching for Pet friendly hotels.

Does that make sense?
