Citations/GMB random address question

After unsuccessfully researching for days, I’m hoping someone here can help me.

I have a local, service-based business that I run from my apartment. I’m currently trying to verify my GMB. I’m planning on posting on Craigslist and paying someone to let me ship the postcard to their address.

My question is… I plan on using the same address for my GMB and all my citations. I’m slightly nervous to use a random persons home address for 100+ citations for my business… is this something I should avoid?

I’ve paid over $300 to get my GMB verified and have used numerous techniques including renting a local Regus office… all without any success.

That way is an old school method, but yeah it's not the best for a whole bunch of reasons but it can still suffice. Regus offices are against the TOS so they'll get flagged early on and you'll end up suspended.

my category is Home Health Care Services. I’ve tried instant verification using Google Search Console and a variety of other nuanced techniques but no success. I think my business category makes it tough. I don’t need to rank on google maps, really only need to rank on the search results but obviously a verified GMB would help significantly
