Its honestly pretty surprising to me that your serps dropped at the exact timing your CF dropped. Hard for me to wrap my head around that kind of.
It sounds like some of your links got devalued in a big way .. Most likely will have to replace the devalued links with high quality replacements

Im just as confused, going to message my SEO extension tool and see if they went through some updates or something that could have devauled a link.

Your links may still be "live" but that doesn´t mean they are good. It can either be because...
- Websites turn those links from ******** to nofollow
- Did those website´s servers go down during the weekend?
- Check if someone tried to "link sculpting" your links
- DNS either went down or got corrupted
