Citation flow and Trust flow question

Hello there! I have a few blogs which are almost more than 4-5 years old which I used to build backlink for money site. I see that some of my blogs have Citation flow to 0 and trust flow to 11. So I was wondering whether to keep this blog site or not. Does it really help out in backlinking or it is just a waste of time?

Please let me know if anyone have an idea about it.

What do I have to look on backlink profile specifically? Can you please tell me? because while analyzing it shows 0-1% link juice on SEOProfiler.

Check for each backlinks. If you are getting good links then don't delete it. Metrics are not good to check for the quality.

Are the links niche relevant? Does it make sense for those websites to link to your money site? If the answers are yes then CF/TF doesn't matter.
