Too many sellers popping up lately, both VIPs and regular members, with their JVs or proposals that they got some awesome services to be resold. This gets attention from both resellers and buyers, consequently circumventing the BST rules as they're making sales without approval by mods. Here is the latest example: http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackhat-seo/hire-freelancer/532245-looking-resellers-social-media.html
This happens mainly in JV section but in other sections too. There are more such threads that are in disguise, that are made by highly reputed members. Like these (not picked by usernames):
http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackh...your-clients-make-money-bonus-whitelabel.html
http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackh...que-service-make-x-xxx-month-little-work.html
http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackh...outsourcing-jv-no-work-earn-200-per-week.html
Where all take money and deliver as per agreement. This is not the traditional JV. A JV is where all parties make an input and split the earnings.
Another disguised thread that turned out bad and the proposer scammed everyone and ran with the money was by Sunny where he sold amazon affiliate sites.
One who is capable to deliver to resellers who in turn have a lot of clients, is also capable of delivering directly to the clients, and hence such threads should be treated as BST threads. One seller could in his BST thread mention that he works with resellers and perhaps do discounts or whatever.
