So recently I bought some old GAds accounts and ran BH ads and it worked pretty well. However, a couple days later I tried to put up my WH ad and it got approved but no impressions or clicks at all. My other account WH ad got approved and ran for an hour and got stopped as well and later got banned for circumventing. My other account is still approved but stuck at 0 clicks or impressions its been almost a day. I use individual proxies and a multi-fingerprint browser so I don't think opsec is the issue. Could it have been because my ads were set up similar? I have a new domain and content but I didn't think the ads would matter as its not the EXACT same. Any thoughts?

The Could be so many reason for adwords account suspension / ban, in your case also. May be adwords account creation pattern and google just noticed it.. May be get the new domain and hosted at same old hosting account. We use you use the same pattern and didn't follow then steps.
This time do maximum possible things at own. Dont try to make it quick .. Things take time. User proper time and budget to warm up adword account, so with safe keyword first then add your real keyword.
Pro Tip ; Don't hustle redirecting traffic to real website .. Observe the past campaign and learn from past mistakes..

Just because you said that I definitely know that you don't lol.
It's not account creation problem. These accounts are old +6 months. I think I have pin pointed the problem, being that the ads that I created on the new accounts were very similar to the one on the banned account. I think that's how they got linked. I'm going to test this theory soon.

You might did some rush that caused your acc go under internal review, for you better been low profile changes at certain period of time would help definitely.
Interesting, what happens to your account when you put up your WH ads first? Do they run?
I fixed the issue. Circumventing systems is mostly a campaign set up issue as my accounts are old and have real payment methods attached.

People may not agree, but since GAds review algorithms have "beefed up", same or similar ad copies, exact same website contents, etc also flag the circumventing systems suspensions. Ofcourse, there are many other factors too. But, the point above that I've mentioned usually people take it lightly & then get accounts suspended.
This is exactly right. I pinpointed the issue being the similar ad description on the text ads. Reused words and phrases will get your account put in manual review particularly if an account with a similar description was banned recently. Once I altered the description enough I stopped facing the issue. Unfortunately, burned 2 good accounts.
