Circumventing Systems Policy

Hello guys,

We've been running google ads for a while and have had circumventing systems policy issues before but all the appeals used to be successful, usually the response used to be that they want to verify our billing details. We recently changed up domains (have done this before with no problem) and got it triggered again, but this time our appeals are unsuccessful no idea why. We run white hat campaigns, no second accounts, proper google business account with a lifetime spend of $100k+

Any idea of how this can be sorted? Are there any agencies that audit white hat accounts and help with appeal cases? Cheers everyone

If the account's been banned, it's hard to get it back at this point.
That's why my clients use proxy accounts, so even if they're banned, their balances are transferred to a new account.

Thanks bud. Well after a lot of back and forth they asked us to complete a BOV (business operation verification) been 4 days since starting to lose hope honestly.

Can you expand on proxy accounts? Are these warmed up accounts that use residential proxies to login with an anti-detect browser? I'm not an expert in this since we never had a banned account usually used to spend loads on ads without any issues until now really

Circumventing systems is the worst kind of suspension, consider the account pretty much done. Appeal only suspicious payments or unpaid balance suspensions if you value your time.

Update - they now changed the suspension to unacceptable business practices. I presume that's no better than circumventing?

Pretty similar, if you had 1% chance of getting reinstated before, with unacceptable business practices you have 3%

I used to unsuspend accounts with this suspension, however, now, I got this type of suspensions for WH account and it can't be reinstated. That's really weird. I didn't do anything against their policy or so.

I actually disagree with the comments here.

If you're truly running WH site with a WH business model that can be easily understood, then you have a 80% or higher chance of getting the account back.

But for this, you need to prepare a very strong appeal. In this appeal, explain your business model, attach proof of your site/store reviews, mention your social media presence, etc. Your goal is to prove to Google (agent that will read your appeal from) that you are a legit business and were wrongly flagged by their artificial intelligence algorithm.

If your appeal can be understood by the agent you will get the account back from "Unacceptable business practice."

I stand by my prediction of 80%+ success rate for your appeal assuming you are running a genuine whitehat site with a whitehat business model.

if google found little bit suspicious in ads they will ban because of circumventing system

Have you tried directly contacting Google Ads support? Alternatively keep a spreadsheet of the responses you used when filling in the appeal and use different ones until you get it right. This has been helpful for us
