Circumventing Policy

Hello everyone!

I need help. I am advertising iGaming niche with white and blackpages. In other words i cloak my links. A couple of days ago, I got a circumventing policy on my google ads account right before applying for advertiser verification. After that, I posted a thread here, saying the same thing, and because I said that my cloaking is fine and everything is fine, people said that it had to do with my payments. Anyways. I changed the payment method to a payment method that my friend uses, so let's keep that out od the way too.

This time, I created a google account like always, with buying the domain and building the safe-page on a completely new google account for google ads which is aged and with many cookied and so on, which i used from a paid anti-detect with a proxy and all that. So - I built the safe site and all, and started to create the campaign. When I created it, I waited to input my new payment after which google said that it is a suspicious form of payment, which I had to write some little explanations as to why it is not (In other words dispute this). I disputed this and got that out the way, after which I started my advertiser verification. Keep in mind that this is already the 2nd day of my account being alive. Everything is going fine and i am in the verification stage, which is when I recieve a circumventing policy for a reason which I completely do not understand.

I am begging for someone to help me understand what I am doing wrong because I have spent a lot of money and time on all the accounts and set-ups. I know that my cloaking is good, my payment is good, and that the advertiser verification documents are also good.

Please help me get through this because I have everything ready to monetize, however google is torturing me here...

Are you warming your ads acc with some white Ad with trusted website before running the main offer?

I warm up near 1 month before running the BH campaign

If you use a quality account, you will not encounter such unnecessary hangers.

Yes!! My websites are made for social casino, which is white if you haver the advertiser verification and the certificate to advertise this. I don't even get human traffic in order to warm it up man what are you talking about. And also I am cloaking, so I dont know what you are talking about. I mean I am not changing WH keywords for some weeks, and then start to change to BH if that is what you mean

I have very high quality accounts man what are you advertising your accounts for lmao. Thanks for the 'help'.

Consider running a clean campaign first, spend a little legit, THEN introduce the cloaked pages after trust is built

Guys. Please understand that I don't even get to the point of getting traffic! This is not about cloaking or me having anything black in my assets or content... I am just getting circumventing policy all the time.

Are your accounts in an MCC or individual?
Have you lost accounts in the past and if so are they in the same MCC?

well your ads arent white then. they are probably detecting something in your setup.

are you using anti+proxies?

try google ads agency accounts as simple as that.

Could be part of a solution but agecncy accounts often face these bans to. If he is loosing them immediately it could also be something in his infrastructure. Hard to know what to do with out unmderstanding the full set up

yes but you'll never face payment regarding suspensions in agency accounts plus these accounts are really strong accounts, if you know how to warm them, you're in for good earnings.

I am indeed using anti and proxy and farmed accounts.

Well I kind of explained all of it up in the main thread.

Sorry to hear about your account suspension—been there, done that, and it’s definitely frustrating. Google is super strict, especially when it comes to policy violations or suspicious activity. Here’s what’s helped me in the past:

1 - Clean up your act before appealing. Make sure:

Your landing pages are 100% compliant (no cloak, no misleading content).
Your offers are legit and follow Google’s policies.
Any shady payment methods or account details are removed.
Submit a solid appeal. Be honest, show you’ve fixed the issues, and emphasize your commitment to following the rules. Attach proof like updated landing pages or business docs if needed.

2 - If the appeal fails, start fresh—but do it right. Use a clean setup:

New IP, device, and browser (anti-detect browser).
Fresh payment method and domain.
Avoid any links to the banned account.
