Circumventing on a Youtube ad?

No, I've been running like this for ages, never had a problem before, now got a new domain which redirects traffic by country.
Now I'm not sure if it's because of redirection or not.

Most redirections and the use of cloakers end up getting accounts banned
Most people doing cloaking know very well account can get banned
And when you claim to be using the best of cloakers...Google still sees you once you spending above 100 per day
So to be safe with your campaign.. Remove all redirects links and grey hat landers until ads are approved..looks unprofessional but it saves a lot..
And will probably get your ads running for more days before they come in with their 72 hours review
Haven't used cloaker, just a simple redirect (for iOS) since I had different approach for iOS when it comes to offers.
But damn, I'll remove it and see from there, thanks!
Any idea what could it be then?
