Circumventing android application device ban

Does anyone know how to know how to circumvent a device ban on android? Clearing cache, deleting app, deleting app history does not work. They are placing a device ban for this particular app on the phone.

Any recommendations or advice appreciated.

As my understandings, android apps able to check device id and anything related to the device itself. You might want to try using emulator, but I doubt it would work tho since it can be checked as well
