2. Making 10 accounts a day. (will scale up more)
3. Cost almost $3 which I am trying to lower it down. In short, pretty nothing.
And, i totally agree with you. most of the people here are guiding wrong stuff which is really bad.

In most cases of Circumventing systems, the issue is that the website, ad headlines, ad text(s), keywords are not in sync with each other. Make sure the website, ad headlines, ad text(s) are all in VERY VERY VERY close sync with each other.

i also need help regarding the sites.google thing, when i click on ads, it opens the site.google thing with 2-3 lines of information n and then link to open another page(redirect) and then the thing goes. i wanted to know is it approvable. google wont check after site where it takes?

Hey, I know this is an old thread but I recently got the circumventing policy/suspicious payments loop before I had even adding billing or ads.
What seems to have worked for me to use Bluestacks which is an Android simulator. This creates a new system and I feel that trust is greater on mobiles for some advertising platforms.
