Cinstaller - What's your opinion about this PPI Network?

I am opening this thread just to ask how are the rates there and is this good network. Please only reply if you have ever worked with them or if you are still there. I am still looking for any good ppi network with higher rates so I would like to know something more about this network. Fixed rates or? Thanks all

What do you mean by hidden advert? I am just asking if you do not know the answer no need to reply in this thread. I am not promoting anything this network is mentioned almost everywhere, so what's the point when I am simple asking for any reliable review?

I would be happy to share stats but i`m not on publishers side )) so can`t tell you right rates for pubs.
