Cinstaller late payouts?

I used cinstaller from may-june 2019 intermittently and got my payout thresholds met and after a few days contacted them and they swiftly processed my payout. Has anyone recently seen anything up with them as it has been a week since I emailed and requested my payout. I won't ask for other network suggestions in this thread as we have a search bar, but I am going to be looking for other networks.

yes they did this to me, waiting for payment for 1 whole month.
you can use 360installer they are good, used them for 3 years
