Very illegal and not gonna happen for a number of reasons.
Friend of a friend told me Ukraine post xray all outgoing items for contraband. They do it simply because the postal service doesnt like paying for return postage. They are even suspicious of any organic matter such as tea.
There is also serious crackdown going on with the guys who try to smuggle over the border. Rumors are that even bribes dont work anymore.
Suggest you focus your energy on less shady things.
