Churn & Burn accounts at libraries + universities

Hi guys,

Looking to make a couple accounts to do mass mentions pointing at my image which links another page.

My questions is if I make these accounts at the library or at my university and post it there, could they track my IP back to my house IP and ban me somehow? Or anything else I should lookout for?

Yes, these accounts are to get banned. But I don't want my personal and other non business accounts to get banned as well.
