Build a site, fire LOTS of links at it. If it burns (fails) start again. Keep doing this over and over again (churning) each time trying some different twists, until your site hits #1. Easy.

have you successfully tried any service provider here for churn and burn?
 
Lots of methods that work. I find it best to set up my churn and burn sites with a combination of switchboxes and 301's so when the site tanks I can switch out the domain and conserve all the linkbuilding effort re ranking the site again inside 2 weeks. Just do it again when the site tanks again.
