Churn and burn via fiverr/seoclerks?Possible nowadays?

Hello fellas,
So I got few sites setup and I think churn and burn would work well on these niches.
I'm not really high on budget for these projects.
I can have like 100-200 High PR Links from sape or any pbn.
But for the rest I think,I must use Seoclerks or fiverr.
The problem is I am actually not so good at churn and burn(In the stage of learning)
People say that you should diversify your links to retain rankings for a longer time,and I believe it is true.
But I don't know what type of links I should diversify to?
I am thinking on some

• PR 2-5 of (actual page) PR no-follow/do-follow edu and other things
• Some Social Bookmarks

I don't really think buying comments from fiverr or seo clerk may work any more ( I maybe wrong,so I need your advice)
Can someone please tell me other type of links that I can buy for cheap ?
Can someone experienced tell me the anchor text ratio that I should maintain ???
I know many of you people out there are experts in churn and burn so please drop your advice here if you have any.
Also is my decision of dropping 100-200 sape/pbn links on churn and burn sites foolish?
Also do you people recommend old techniques such as pyramids (Do they still work for churn and burn)

For churn and burn, you can also buy mass blog posts links and social network posts.

Make sure you also diversify your anchors while building these links. For CNB, i usually use my main keyword around 20% and then mix of lsi,related, generic and url variations.

The best and quickest way is to rank you tube videos or a blogspot blog. Both these properties are owned by Google and you can leverage that. Specially, My suggestion would be to pick a CB product and rank a video for that keyword. GSA with some high PR SAPE links are good enough to rank .

For the anchor text density, Don't let any keyword density to go over 10%. Use partial match, no match , direct url etc for diversification

Yea you can, another tip is to use services here but a lot of anchor texts with the services.

Sometimes the services limit the number of anchors and keywords you can use but a simple PM with a special request can go a long ways. I try an diversify as much as possible with any services I purchase on here or via Fiverr.

ATM I am doing vids on other niches.
I am not that good with clickbank,so I won't try that for now.
Can you tell me what diversifications or service you recommend for churn and burn on either blogspots or yt?

Maybe 20% main keywords,20% Generic,25%LSI,15% Site name, 20% naked urls/
Is that a good ratio?
