In the latest update (18th Nov) Google added dark mode to Chrome for Android, which can be selected under Settings/Themes. It's available for devices with Android 5 and up. It's literally the same dark theme as the theme of the Incognito mode just without the Incognito mode icon.

Dark mode for Chrome on other systems:
For iOS 13 and up: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT210332
For macOS 10.14 and up: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT208976
For Windows 10 and up: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/17144/windows-10-change-desktop-background

It looks good with the BHW dark theme. :)

Meanwhile Tesla introduced it's electric pickup truck, Cybertruck and an electric ATV:

there was some trick before June 2019 also to use this, i was using that dark mode 2-3 months back, but I didn't feel any difference due to there is nothing I felt excited in just that dark colour I just removed that later.

Well, a dark theme is easier on the eyes especially at night, e.g. when opening/switching to a new, empty tab, it's not all white everything, but a nice dark grey. And it's also easier on the battery on devices with OLED screen. Savings can be substantial, when Google introduced the dark theme for Youtube, battery savings were 15-60% compared to the light theme depending on the screen brightness used. And in this day and age (smartphone era), when we're back to counting battery life in hours instead of days (dumb phone era), every bit counts.

It's just kinda interesting, that this mode was already in Chrome with the Incognito mode since ages and they made it available only now in the normal mode.
