If I've understood and read your question correctly (forgive me if I am wrong) you want to key out your White wall? Its very simple since you're using after effects.

You don't need a green screen for this to work, however you might want to invest in a green sheet cloth which are very cheap that you can use as your back drop later on if you plan to make a lot of these.

For the "set up" you want to choose your "key colour" for Key colour 1 & 2 by pressing the dropper thing next to it and clicking on your white wall.

Then the rest of it is just trial and error, however, what you want to focus on is edge thin and feather.

Also just for case of care, wear clothing that is in contrast to your background to reduce the amount of possible interference. Since your using a white background wear darkish clothing.

Again, if I have completely misunderstood and answered you incorrectly, please forgive me.

    Best Wishes,
